Josh is usually the first person a manufacturer talks to at Scalable. He works with owners and C-suite executives to find where AI can help their company strategically, and he stays with them from the first conversation through go-live. Manufacturing runs in his family.
His uncle, Louis Ross, was vice chairman and chief technical officer of Ford, and his dad works in IT at Volkswagen, where Josh saw early on how much of a company's work gets stuck inside its ERP. Before Scalable wrote a line of code, he spent a year visiting manufacturers across the Midwest and asking what was actually slowing them down. The answer was always the same: people aren't designed to do mind-numbing work, and they shouldn't have to. Less admin. More output.
